| A beautiful Old Sheffield plate box with lovely quadrooned borders. The hinged lid is engraved with a coat of arms which has the motto 'In Vita Fortuna' in the banner. Warm copper shows through the coat of arms and the quadroon borders and on the edges. Hallmarked on the bottom with a crowned leopard, initials and crossed keys. 7 1/2" wide, 3 5/8" deep and 1 1/2" high. The box weighs a bit over 1 1/2 pounds. | ||
